Abstract

A study of the effectiveness of using a combination of therapeutic gymnastics and electromyographic training (EMG training) in osteochondrosis of the spine was conducted. In the course of the study, it was revealed that the course of physical therapy in combination with the course of EMG-biofeedback helps to reduce soreness, increases amplitude characteristics in the cervical spine and allows you to relax the muscles of the shoulder girdle arbitrarily.
