Abstract

The deep involvement of the TP53 gene abnormalities in the development of different types of tumors is due to its performance of a wide range of functions that prevent and/or inhibit tumor growth.

In this article highlights of prognostic significance of the polymorphism of the tp-53 oncosuppressor gene and mdn-2 protoontogen in the development of chronic meilid leukemia.
